We collect only what is necessary to run your audit and improve the service:
Audit Input Data
Your business name, city, industry/niche, and optional website URL — used solely to generate your AI visibility scorecard.
Email Address
Collected when you unlock a full report. Used to deliver your report and optional product updates. Never sold or rented to third parties.
Payment Information
Processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Usage Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymized page-view data. No personal identifiers are linked to analytics events.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and deliver your AI Search audit scorecard
- Process payments and send receipts
- Deliver purchased reports via email
- Send product updates if you have opted in
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the service
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties. We do not use your business data to train AI models.
4. Data Retention
Audit input data is retained for up to 90 days. Email addresses are retained while your account is active or until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal session cookies required for the service to function (e.g., audit session and payment status). We do not use cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
